Step 1: Go to the Safe Mode with Networking by hitting F8 key incessantly before you enter Windows system.



Step 2: Open Start Menu and then go to Control Panel. Then use the search bar to look for Folder Option. Check Show hidden files and folders and Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) in the View tab of Folder Option window.


Step 3: Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete at the same time to open Task Manager, then end the process of Homeland Security Ransom Virus

Step 5: Click Start button and search for “regedit” to open Registry Editor. Then remove registries of Homeland Security Ransom Virus as below:
