What is FTDownloader?
FTDownloader is not a virus, but it is an unwanted program
which can do harm to various Windows operating systems. On its official website
it is described as a useful program which can help you quickly download some
programs from the Internet. But the fact is not true. When you add this
FTDownloader to your PC, your browser activities will be made chaotic. This
program will act as a malicious adware program to show numerous commercial ads
at your browser. Even, these ads can be embedded into your search result pages.
When you get search results via Google search engine, you will find that
hyperlinks and ads are everywhere.
Once you click on them accidentally, you
will be moved from your current site to some questionable shopping sites, game
sites and video sites. These ads from FTDownloader are unstoppable, which are

Manually Uninstall FTDownloader Program
Some users said that they failed to remove this program even
though they go to Uninstall Program control panel. The reason is that the files
and registry entries of this program can’t be deleted completely.
Step 1: Enter safe mode with networking first. Restart your
computer and press F8 key incessantly before you get into Windows operating
system. After the options appear on your screen, use the arrow to choose Safe
Mode with Networking.
Step 2: Terminate the process of FTDownloader Program. Right
click on Task Bar and select Task Manager. In the Processes tab, you need to
find out the process of FTDownloader Program and click on End Processes button.
Step 3: Open Start Menu and then go to Control Panel. Then
use the search bar to look for Folder Option. Check Show hidden files and
folders and un-check Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) in the
View tab of Folder Option window.
Step 4: Remove the files of FTDownloader Program as below.

Step 5: Click start button and search for regedit to open
Registry Editor.
Step 6: Delete FTDownloader Program registry entries from
